Message of the Chairman I welcome you to the website of Department of Software Engineering at University of Malakand, located in the beautiful Chakdara. Since its commencement, the Department has grown with an unparalleled rapidity. Today, we have produced two batches of Software Engineers graduated from the Department, with the mission to prepare graduates for the present and future demands and challenges of the software industry. I feel proud to announce that the department is regularly visited by the NCEAC and is awarded ‘X’ category. This hard earned honor is the result of our faculty’s incessant effort. We have recently introduced a faculty development program that intends to enhance the faculty base with the latest technology & research trends. Areas of faculty’s research interests include Human Computer Interaction, Semantic Web, Brain Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence and Software Project Management. The particulars of our diverse academic & co-curricu
